Eductors for Highly Corrosive & Erosive Applications

Model - LBRI

E500 Series

Special Feature: These eductors are of standard eductor designs, but with a lined body (Steel/cast-iron lined with rubber or plastics) and replaceable internals i.e. nozzle and diffuser.  These lined body replaceable internals - Eductors has the dual advantage of excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength of a metal.

 

The LBRI – Eductors has the same other advantages of conventional eductors such as

  • No moving Parts

  • Requires little or no maintenance, in addition it has the special advantage of possible replacing of worn out internal parts. Nozzle and diffuser throat assembly either individually or totally, retaining outer body. This reduces the maintenance cost and break down time. Hence can be effectively employed for all corrosive and erosive applications

  • Economical on long-term usage

  • Can replace exotic metal eductors at a very economical initial cost

  • Possible usage of various metal/plastic MOC for nozzle diffuser for a variety of corrosive and erosive applications.

Versatile Application

Owing to its versatile design feature and ease of maintenance, the LBRI-Eductors can be effectively employed for many other applications such as,

  • Material/solid conveying /liquid suction using motive air or loquid.

  • Highly corrossive gas evacuation using motive liquid.

  • Pump out a low-pressure gas using a high-pressure motive gas

  • Venturi gas scrubbing.

  • Vacuum ejector function using motive steam/liquid/gas/Air.

- Steel Plastic lined (Teflon/Polypropylene/PVC)

Nozzle &Diffuser venturi

Teflon virgin &glass filled PP/PVC/Nylon/Ebonite/Fibre glass

End Connection:   Flanged to ANSI-B16.5 150# (or) As per customer requirements.

PLASTIC LINED / RUBBER LINED EDUCTOR WITH REPLACEABLE NOZZLE & VENTURY

APPLICATION
Can be utilized in highly corrosive or erosive application. The design combines advantage in corrosion resistance of industrial plastics with physical strength of metals. E304 – Models can replace eductors made out of expensive exotic metals. Replaceable nozzle & venturi diffuser enables easy & cost effective maintenance. Corrosion & Erosion resistant metal motive nozzles can be employed to handle steam & solid conveying applications.
Construction: Body is made out of standard piping component lined with rubber, Teflon, polypropylene, kynar, etc. are of various industrial plastics & exotic metals depending on application.
